Sterile research compounds are non-returnable once shipped, for product-integrity reasons. The only exception is shipping damage or a triggered temperature-indicator reading — in which case we reship at no cost. See the Returns page.

Reply to your order confirmation email. Do not return the original shipment — we will reship at no cost. Cold packs arriving partially melted is normal and expected; lyophilised material is stable up to 5 days at 40°C without potency loss. Refrigerate the vial immediately on receipt.
